Ampalaya Milk Tea

ampalaya_milk_teaA rejuvenating herbal treat for the cold months.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freshly brewed Ampalaya tea bag (or Ampalaya Dried bits)
  • 1/2 cup warm milk (or low-fat milk)
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • a pinch of ground cloves or cinammon powder

Directions

  1. Brew Ampalaya Tea bag (or Dried bits) in hot water.
  2. Combine milk, sugar and vanilla in a mug.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cloves or cinammon.
  4. Blend well and serve immediately.

    nakakawala ng alaala so mch sarap tlaga ni hindi ko na maramdamang
