Ampalaya Milk Tea
A rejuvenating herbal treat for the cold months.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed Ampalaya tea bag (or Ampalaya Dried bits)
- 1/2 cup warm milk (or low-fat milk)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- a pinch of ground cloves or cinammon powder
Directions
- Brew Ampalaya Tea bag (or Dried bits) in hot water.
- Combine milk, sugar and vanilla in a mug.
- Sprinkle a pinch of ground cloves or cinammon.
- Blend well and serve immediately.
