Sa March 30 pa po yung launch ng 30-Day Challenge sa mga mall, starting at SM Southmall, and touring the various malls each month. But you can take the challenge yourself - just download the complete program guide and follow the diabetic meal and exercise plan in the Health Check Diary at: http://www.charantia.com/30daychallenge.htm.
